How can I show my gf that i really love her and care deeply for her. I think she is the greatest but she will argue me down about that. lol Do any of you have any ideas that will help prove to her that she is fantastic? Or maybe I should ask what is it you would like for a guy to do for you or get for you to show that he relly cares.

That is a very good question, first...what have you done so far to show her that you care for her? or that you really love her?
Just so you know Women love it when men pay attention to the smallest details as well as listening.

Of course there is the usual thing: flowers and chocolates but that has been run in the ground a few times. Maybe try cleaning her home or car. Maybe fix her a dinner for the two of you picnic style somewhere she loves to go. I live near a town that has a river & I would love for my man to fix a dinner and us go to the river and eat dinner there and walk a little afterwards. Take her to a country cabin if you live in the city or to a city getaway if you live in the country, anything different from the norm.
If she is argueing with you about her greatness then she might have self-esteme issues. I am very familiar with this. Don't push with it, just tell her once at a time and then drop.

To show your girlfriend how special you know she really is, you must do the following:
1. Tell her how special, sweet and awesome you think she is.
2. Tell her how important she is in your life.
3. Tell her how happy she has made you.
4. Give her a beautiful bouquet of roses (6 red and 6 pink).
5. Tell her how much you care about her.

COOK her a surprise dinner. yes i said COOK, yourself. no fancy restaurant coz that only proves you care and in a way it shows off your money. cook what YOU are best at. and if you don't know how to cook then learn a dish. she will love it.
it has to be a surprise, and make sure the room is all nice and clean, and maybe throw some rose petals around the floor and light some candles. make it special, coz remenber she IS special.
so after the dinner, make sure to have a really yummy desert and maybe just maybe you can get her to bed. Caress her like she was something fragile..and umm..have great sex? then afterwards cuddle and tell her you love her and she's the most special girls you've ever met.

mm.. lots of hugs and kisses.. if u have to show more affection, DO IT. :) it makes her happy and feel special.
also, u can get little gifts for her once in awhile.. doesn't have to be expensive!! and doesn't have to be a "special" day... it's more like a just because gift :)..... could be a picked rose, could be a little note, could be a stuffed animal, could be a $2 pen, ANYTHING! as long as it is a surprise and comes from your heart~
plan some nice dates once in awhile..take her to a restaurant u've been wanting to try, get dressed up, stuff like that.. anything that is out of ur way, and that u put some time into doing FOR her. she will totally appreciate it!!
make sure u try to listen more, and be interested in HER interests, and keep things Positive, Happy and Healthy. encourage her, support her, and thank and appreciate her when she does the same for you!

Being supportive when she needs someone is BIG! Just be there for her.
Be real. Don't lie or make things up just to impress her.
Poetry - read or write one just for her.
Choose a song that reminds you of your feelings for her and play it for her or sing it to her.
Give her a back or foot massage.
Don't pressure her to have sex.
Give her your full attention when you are with her.
Take her out or better yet - make a romantic dinner or picnic for 2 with some of her favorite foods.
Suprise her with tickets to see her favorite band, a play or show.

Tell her every day how much you love her, and tell her she is the only one you love and ever will love. Talk about who she is, not what she looks like. I mean, tell her she's pretty, but talk more about how wonderful she is as a person. Girls like to hear they are pretty, of course, but they want more to be loved for the person they are. Also, buy her things she likes, be careful of what you say and don't be afraid to tell her how you feel.

Knowing someone really cares for you and loves you comes with time, honesty and trust. There is not one simple thing you can do, there are many repeated things that you do to show your love. Tell her that in time she will see how much you really care.

Girls sometimes deny things because they want to hear more of it. Like when you say a girl is pretty and she says "No I'm not" and then you elaborate more. That may be the case with this. Or she really might not think so.
