There actually IS a punchline, but it doesn't make a lick of sense.
Bender's line after he falls is, "I forgot my pencil". This was intended to be the punchline of the joke.
Judd Nelson sort of tried to make a joke up with those parameters, but as he says in an interveiw, "...but what joke would have that punchline?"
Other people have submitted proposed punchlines. My favourite is: ...and the Poodle answers "After the night I had, I'll need a double!"

there's no answer- they made it that way on purpose. I wish there was, it sounds like it would be a good one.
