No, i have a workout schedule similar and I sleep just fine. I usually workout 3 to 4 hrs before bed time, then I eat dinner about 2 hours before bed time so that my food is digested enough to not be damaging my body! I never workout on a full stomach (for obvious reasons) LOL
The only reason why people might say not to workout before bed time is because it releases the bodies natural high endorphines. These energize you and make you feel good. But once released, I usually eat, take a warm shower and go to sleep like a baby, I guess everybody is different. Try it out and see what you think?

It really depends upon your physiology and metabolism and how soon after your workout you plan on trying to sleep.
Usually there is an energy burst of sorts following a workout due to endorphin levels rising but unless you are going to work out and then go straight to bed it shouldn't be a problem. For many people the addition of a fitness program induces a better more restful sleep and many people actually require less sleep!
If you have never worked out regularly, your body may go through some changes as it acclimates.
I have quite a few clients who work out at 6p or later and have never reported a problem
That having been said, some people do have a problem. (like my boyfriend but only if he runs within a few hours of going to bed)
Your best bet is to start a program and see for yourself. The benefits of working out, obviously, are enormous so why not just start and fine tune later

after you exercise, your body release endorphins, its like a natural high, your body feel light. after this affect is should not be hard to fall asleep. If you have a hard time workingout because of your schedule do what I do, I found out that riding a bike to work is a get workout. I absolutely love it! its a 8 mile bike ride. It fit in a workout within a busy day. Have ful and good luck!!

Individuals vary. I sleep fine no matter what time of day I workout. I know others who can't sleep if they exercise in the evening (I do think that is less common).
Try it and see how it works for you.

Everyones different. Right after, no it would probably be difficult. In an hour or two sure. I work out, eat something about an hour later and drink coffee and I fall asleep just fine.
