I have a HP all in one scanner,printer,copier,and fax.I'm trying to scan a picture to put on my computer.Can someone please tell me how to do this?

place the picture in the scanner, then turn it on. Open the scanner software on your computer and press scan.

launch launch the program whcich the scanner came with and start scanning, provided u have taken care of the basics i.e conneccted and installed everything or look for a scan button on the printer/scaner

if there isn't any particular software given by hp, first plug-in the scanner, go to the control panel, click on the scanners and camera option, the options will automaticaly come

plug in the scanner in its pot, install it to make sure it is responding and detected by the PC and then you are in business, you can also install Graphic software like Adobe Photoshop to enable you import and edit the picture

make sure its plugged in
make sure its turned on
make sure the software is installed on your computer
put the picture face down on the scanner
press scan
