Honestly, I don't think any book will help you. You don't have "trust issues" you just hate women, and this has lead to your lack of trust. Try working on not seeing women as inferior she-devils, maybe then you could have a healthy relationship.

i would look in Barnes and Nobles in their relationship section i seen whole bunch of books that the topic was dealing with trust issues and other topics on relationships. Im sure dr. Phil has books on that and maybe You can look at Strickly talking with Dr. Drew on his websites i think he talks pretty much about anything dealing with health issues and relationship issues.
Good luck hope this helps

the best thing you can do is to start each relationship as a new one, dont take past baggage with you, and dont give to much away about your old relationships. you really have to be yourself otherwise you wont find true love,at the same time you dont want to get walked over---so be on your guard..good luck you have to kiss a load of frogs untill you meet your princess...ok.

The Bible has answers for everything we will ever encounter in this life. And as you read it, the Holy Spirit guides you into the answers you need. It is the only 'Book' we ever need for solving our problems in life. God bless you.
