The art of seduction is a lost art I fear. Our society is far to crazed with "getting it done" and passing through the process to the end that we miss the build-up that seduction affords us.
When next you are in this situation and playing hand/lip/bite game, take his hand and put it on your knee (this works especially if you are wearing a skirt). If you do not feel comfortable with that place your hand on his inner thigh and you will surely get his attention.
Another techique would be to prominately drop something and bend-over to pick it up. Put your *** up and hold it for a second...if possible, rub your bottom against his crotch..you'll know if he's turned on and everything else should go from there.

Definately sounds like he might be more interested in the sex than anything else. If there was more there, maybe he would caress your face more or something. I dunno.
