I like him. I just don't know if it's a good thing that he's upfront about it. He said if we really hit it off would it be alright to consider sex in the relationship. Now I understand that his wife passed last year and he hasn't had any in a while. I completely understand his needs, I just don't know if it's a good idea to go through with the relationship. And he's older, but that's another story. I geuss what I'm asking is it a good sign that he was upfront about it?

Only you can decide, but try having a mature conversation, let him know how you feel, its a good thing to be up front,he's being honest about how he feels, but try to be honest on how you feel, like will will this be the start of something new? or is it just a one time hit? surely you would want him to see you for so much more.
However,be yourself,good luck.

I think a relationship needs more than sex, and u should go for sex with that person who can fulfill ur needs physically as well as emotionally. Don't get urself into any kind of trouble.

It's a good thing that he was up front about what he wanted out of a relationship at least this way you know what your getting yourself into.

I would hold off until you are married to that person or definitely know the relationship is going to work out and lead to marriage.

People in hell want ice water, that doesn't mean that they'll get it.

Tell him relationship to commitment, then sex... Once he's committed to you, permanently.. Then have sex.

You don't want to be a passing fancy.
