A lot of times when people are nervous or anxious, parts of their bodies twitch. I had an eyelid twitch once that lasted about two weeks, it was so annoying!

the eyelid twitch is basically cause by fatigue and the muscle spasm in the eye sometimes it can last days-weeks even when you get enough sleep it is very irritating and it feels worse than it looks you feel like your winking at people all the time but really its not noticeable at all to others try using cucumber on the eyelids to relax the muscle it is involuntary

Also it could be from fatigue, if you're not getting enough sleep your eyes may twitch. I have also been told that it could be from calcium deficiency, which just means to drink more milk, but im not sure if its 100% truthful

My Mom told me that when your right eye twitches you will have good luck, and if your left eye twitches you will have bad luck.
