Toliet paper bride: you divide into groups and give each group like eight or nine rolls of toliet paper. They choose a bride and make her a dress out of toliet paper. It's actually a lot more fun than it sounds.
Present Bingo: have people make Bingo cards of presents that they think the bride will get. Normally have lots of prizes ready because there will be quite a few Bingos.
Some purse game, I'm not sure what it's called, but what you do is make a list of crazy things, like a picture of the bride, a safety pin, a 1958 penny, etc, etc. Have everyone look through their purses and see who has the most stuff from the list.
Guess the price: Buy some different things, like household products, cookbooks, whatever. Keep your receipt. Show the party goers the items one at a time. Have people guess how much you paid for it. After they have guessed for everything, go back through and say what you paid. They win what you bought if they are the closest to it.

you can do bridal bingo. use the gifts that have been purchased off of the bride's registry and give a list of those gifts to the guests. Give them a blank bingo board and tell them to fill in all the squares (except the free square in the center). As the bride opens her gifts, they check off or x off the square if they the gift's name in a bingo box. You can do any pattern (chevron, X, T--anything you can think of) and you can do as many winners as you want!
You can also do a trivia quiz about the bride and groom (find out info about their relationship from him if the shower is a surprise or from her if it isn't, or just use whatever knowledge you know as her friend) and whomever gets the most answers right wins a prize.
There's also a bridal crossword puzzle (www.edhelper.com lets you make free crossword puzzles) where you use clues about the bride & groom or about their wedding for the puzzle.
You can also do a bridal word scramble, but that may not be good for prizes b/c once someone figures out the scrambled word (like nomoyehno for honeymoon) everyone will get it, but it's a fun game to just play.
I think those are all of my ideas!
Have fun!

My cousin just got married and at the shower thet played this really good game. The game was to see how well they knew each other. They sat the bride down and asked her like, 13 questions. The bride had to answer the questions how she thought the groom would answer. Then, they brought the groom in and asked him the same ones. The guests have a list and write down "yes" or "no" for each question. "Yes" for if they think their answer will match, "no" for if they think the answer will not match.
After the groom was done, they brought the bride back in and everyone went over the questions. The people that had the most matches got prizes. It was a really great game. It was so entertaining for everyone and wasn't like the stupid, usual games.
The questions were like these:
What was the bride wearing on the first date
Where was the first date
What date did the groom propose
What date did he first say he loved her
What thing most annoys her about him
What thing would she change about herself
What would he not want her to change about her body
What first attracted him to her
it definitely was fun! =]

*********************************************************************
"THE WISHING GAME"
Give each guest a pencil and piece of paper. Each player writes her name at the top of the paper, folds over the name, and passes the paper to the person on her right. Now each guest writes the name of any object, folds the paper and passes it on. Next isd written the name of some place or location, then on the last round, the name of an action (such as catching a fish, flying a kite) or anything that comes to mind. The papers are then collected and one is given to each guest to read aloud, inserting the following words. It might some out something like this:
"Donna Englander (WISHES SHE HAD) a sewing machine (TO TAKE TO) the moon (FOR) washing the dishes."
Combinations are usually quite ridiculous and fun to hear.

I threw a Bridal shower for mu cuz last year and the best game we played was buy toilet paper and get teams of three together and let them make wedding gowns out of toilet paper on one person from each team. Then let the bride to be pick who has the best gown. This was a big hit at our shower, we also played the pins and rice game, you take long grain rice and small safety pins and blind fold a person and let them try to pick the pins out of the rice. This game is great and difficult because of the texture its hard to feel the diffrence between rice and the pins

You can try a word scramble, have all the words wedding related ( bride groom rings flowers, church, limo etc)
You can see how well the bride knows the groom, ask questions like what was his first car, where did he go to school, how many bros and sis does he have etc, for every wrong answer have her chew a piece of bubble gum, if she answers too many wrong she won't be able to talk,
you can have people take some toilet paper when they walk in, for each piece of toilet paper they have to say something about the bride or groom or give them pointers on a happy marriage

At my bridal shower I wasn't allowed to say my fiance's name we were given clothes pins when we walked in the door and if you heard that person say the name then you took the clothes pin. I lost mine really fast (I didn't mind though because then I could say his name)
I hope you find some help from these two websites!
