I don't know for sure the exact can/container ounces but, a 13 x 9 pan spread 2 packages cream cheese on the bottom, then a can of hormel chilli - no beans, and then a container salsa, top with a mexican or colby jack type shredded cheese, one or two packs depends on if you like alot of cheese ro not, and heat at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted, and don't forget the tortilla chips. It's to die for and everyone loves it!

Here's an easy one we use at all our parties:
1 package of philly cream cheese
1/2 bottle of Pickapeppa sauce
1 box Ritz Crackers
Put the cream cheese on a plate, cover with the Pickapeppa Sauce and serve with Ritz Crackers.
Delicious, easy, all ingredients available at the grocery store.
Since you already have the crackers, you might also get some meat and cheese to go with it. Slice up any kind of cheese and beef or summer sausage.

Mix a packet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing w/ 2 Tbsp. Mayo and 1 pint of sour cream. Cut up chunks of dark bread (like pumpernickel) for dipping, along w/ carrot sticks & cucumber sticks. When you serve the dip, make sure it's chilled & throw a few chives on top for presentation.
LOL marshmallow encrusted sausage.

2 lbs of cream cheese
2/3 of pkg each of Carl Budig ham & roast beef (small) chopped or diced
3 small or 2 large green onion finely chopped
I like to layer 1 slice ham, 1 slice roast beef. after that just mix together all ingredients & form in to balls more or less of ingredients can be used according to preference. goes great with a variety of crackers.

these are so easy to make and yummy as well:take flour tortillas and spread them with cream cheese. then add chopped green onion and chopped ham. roll them up like a burrito and slice them from .i use the large flour tortillas so i can make more.
also: get sliced dry salami , spread cream cheese on them and put a waxed pepper inside, roll them up and stick a toothpick in them so they will stay together
another is fruit with a dip made of 8oz. cream cheese and one jar of marshmallow creme.
good luck to ya:)

artchoke dip- garlicy goodness! Bruschetta, easy with sliced long roll bread and you can buy bruschetta. Also you can buy frozen wings and mini quiches that are pretty good, they'll think you put so much effort into it all! Have fun!

Buy some little smokies - (they're little sausages) throw them in a crock pot or warm them on the stove and then just add BBQ sauce.
