They are just chop sticks that have been painted and someone has attached a mirror chain to them...you probably will not be able to buy them...just make some yourself....get some chopsticks from a restaurant and go to the art supply store for the rest of the supplies....a glue gun is your friend

I would go to a Oriental store. Check the yellow pages or try to google it and see you come up with.
You might possibly find something at a beauty supply store.
