I need to take the TGV to Paris from Arras and then take the metro from there. TGV timetable states Arras to Paris Nord but does not mention Gare du Nord. Research on Paris train stations all mention Gare du Nord but no mention of Paris Nord. Can anyone help? Thanks.

yes its the same dont worry! I work there loads and travel around on the trains quite a bit.
Its known as Gare du Nord in Paris but outside of Paris its generally known as Paris Nord (North Station to the locals and North Paris to those that aint local)!
