Be patient, he will either get over it or he won't. tell him you are sorry and how you feel and then give him time. From experience,guys that get mad when you don't trust them are the ones that have something to hide and if you have reason to not trust him then maybe your gut feeling is telling you something and maybe it is for the best to move on.

Seduce his ex and offer to have a threesome with him, you and his ex to proove to him that you are really over your baseless jealousy.
It would also be very theraputic for you to find out how she is in bed and since you "had" her too it wouldn't be a "secret fear" anymore. It becomes a memory you and your bf can share.

You should definitely apologize. I'd suggest having a direct and honest conversation with him about any problems you have with their friendship, or if you simply want to apologize, make sure you explain to him that you understand that their friendship is only a friendship and that it's okay with you.
