There is this girl I like that is in my classes. I've started sitting next 2 her(a few weeks ago) and once I even gave her a teddy bear(3weeks ago) and I’ve been really nice 2 her without her acting different in any way. But in the last few days (the end of last week and now) I’ve noticed that she’s acting differently around me even asking me if she could keep the pen she borrowed from me (Thursday of last week). Just so you know she hasn’t given me back the pen. When she said bye on Thursday to me she started to say it in that I like u-ish tone. I’m not sure if these signs are enough to qualify as her liking me so I was planning to say to her “You have a beautiful smile” How should she react (what should she say or do) for me 2 find out if she is interested or even likes me? I'm asking this cause this the 1st gurl i've been interested in.(I'm 17, she's 18 or 19)

You need to just take the intuitive. I mean seize the day whatever you want to call it. You will never know unless you take the first move. I mean I found the man of my dreams by pursuing him and never being scared.

Ok Mate, This is coming from a girl...I say she does like you.
But telling her she has a beautiful smile is kinda pushy seeing as you have no proof to say she likes you.
A couple of signs that people can tell when i fancie them is...
laughing at lame jokes
going all giggly
giving hugs
keep making eye contact then looking away and smiling
but hey! thats just me, plus im 13, but anyway they are all reasonable signs.
Try giving her a hug at some point and see what her hugs like, that will tell you.

(I'm a pro at this because I'm a girl)does she play with her hair when your around,does she every get tongue twisted when your around,does she pop up out of no ware to talk to you? All of these are sign that she likes you. hopefully you make the right choice.when shes around do you feel safer,if not you need to find some one else.Age ain't nothing but a number.

Her reaction would very on how she feels. I would ask her if she was seeing anybody 1st. If her answer is no ask her if she would like to start seeing you as a friend possible boyfriend. Her reaction to you will probably be a gitty type laugh which means it flatters her that some one is intrested in her.

this is really cute.
but a girl wants the guy to make the first move...i think you're on the right track.
just keep doing cute little things to let her know that you do like her.

she will probably just say thank you and smile and you still will not be able to tell if she likes you.. the best thing to do is to tell her that you like her and ask her if she likes you and would like to go out with you.

there are 2 possible answers, one good, one bad.
The bad is she's using you because she knows you like her.
The good is she is interested in you, but isnt sure if she could date a younger guy. take her out someplace normal (you know, not romantic) like the cinema. if she likes you you'll know it on that night out. and on the night out FLIRT. we love being flirted with.
