ABSOLUTELY you can use canned broth!! Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a sautee pan. Whisk in 2 tbsp. flour. Whisk togther for about 2 min. (to get rid of raw flour taste), then whisk in your broth, slowly. Gravy should thicken. Add a little white wine & parsley to jazz it up a little.

Best wishes!

Instead of using your chicken broth, this way is easier and cheap. Buy the dry packets of gravy mixes. They make country, brown, mushroom, what ever gravy is your favorite.

chicken broth may work but it will have a salty taste to it. I would just buy a jar of chicken gravy and heat it up
