Tonight is junk food night here. Frozen pizzas. I can't even claim it's semi-healthy because I'm out of salad.

Tomorrow will be healthy food again.

ok the first question you should ask yourself is how do you see yourself in 30 years time,
a) a person who rarely goes out, and spends much of the time at home and behind a desk, and is very relaxed about how they look and feel
b) a person who is still very consious of their physical abilitites and their apperance and health

if you chose the later than i suggest that you eat healthy, or try to for the majority of the time, it is fine to snack on junk food, eat sweets, and crisps etc. but this type of food is not what should be eaten everyday.... look at the film super size me for example.... i mean do you really want to clog up your arteries, and eat lots of extra stuuf that is very bad for you........ what you should realise is that all this food is specificaly designed to keep you eating more, so it has lots of fat - which makes food taste very good, sugars, salts, all this stuff makes plain food become suddenly very apetizing, but in reality it is not the food, but the sugars and fats that you are eating,
so I would suggest cooking more for yourself, and brining in lunches to school or work, and eating out with friends, or getting take-out foods, as special treats.....
I love junk food, but I also want to be healthy and active in 30 years,

How about both. Try healthy junk food, like cereal bars or apples or oranges.

I generally make healthy meals during the week and eat whatever i like on Saturdays and Sundays then back to healthy meals. By healthy meals i don't mean salads, just lots of extra veggies and fruit. Nothing wrong with having the odd doughnut, chocolate now and again. Ohhh why , oh why is chocolate bad for you, sob sobbity sob sob:)
