Sounds like your sinuses, but after this long i would check with your GP.

It could be a million different things - chances are it's nothing more than a tension headache or, since you have a blocked nose, sinusitis. Take some tylenol and give it a week or so - you could take antihistamines which might relieve symptoms, but there's also evidence that they can prolong sinusitis so it's a mixed bag.

Your doctor will probably not consider more unlikely options like tumors etc. without more persistant symptoms since MRIs and the like are pretty expensive and people get headaches all the time - and the vast majority are nothing to worry about, as I'm sure yours isn't.

Anyways, as always, if you're worried see your GP.

Most likely a sinus infection (I have the same problem at present) - lots of nasty virus type things around this time of year! Oh and a key thing - it WILL go without anti-biotics... Viral infections do not respond to anti-biotics and anti-biotics can actually make you feel even worse. And even if it is a bacterial infection the body is more than capable of fighting off the infection. Hope you feel better soon :)

This time of the year, allergies begin to act up. Get some antihistimine from the drugstore....that should stop your headaches AND you nose problems.

At this point, it's probably not an infection, since it isn't there in the mornings.

Sounds like a sinus infection to me. That is exactly what happens to me and nothing will make the pain go away except an antibiotic. Good Luck.

oInitially I thought poor thing - migraine- however that soon changed with your description. I would personally see the doctor if over the counter medication does not relieve the headache.

It could be a sinus infection.
Then again, it could be anything - the only thing to do is go to your doctor and get checked out.

if your nose is blocked its probably a sinus infection or a flue bug - if your nose clears it may well be dehydration

probably a sinus attack or a sinus infection...if the stuff in your nose has color, go to the doc soon...you have an infection & it will not go away without antibiotics...

Websites are not the place to get medical diagnosis - that's what your doc is for
