i have this pain that is coming ang going. it will get stronger and stronger and i can feel it all the wat thru my body (it goes straight back and my back hurts too)
what could this be and how do i make it stop
i am young (24) a non smoker, not a big drinker, no drugs, generally healthy

Are you stressed? it could be an anxiety attack, the symptoms are very simular to heart attack pain and leaves you feeling somewhat scared and apprehensive.

Seriously, if this just happened, get somebody to get you to the ER Right now. Call them, and if there's no-one available, call the ambulance.
It might be nothing, but chest pains aren't anything to fool around with. GET HELP!

See your doctor!!
Tell him or her what your symptoms are and follow their advice. While it's not fun paying for a doctor's visit your doctor is the ONLY person you should be asking and taking medical advice from!!

Chest pain can be lots of things...but you never know, and you need to check it out...go to dr. Sorry, but sometimes we gotta go.
