It calms me down because it reminds me that there are people out there who have it worse than I do at the moment in time..I like music because I can relate to it..And because the artist was feeling the same way and had the same emotions when they made the song..It's almost a connection where they understand me..a cd understands me lol I sound like a nut job but yeah that's how it makes me feel and I like that feeling =]
