I think anybody who says they would not report someone making a bomb should be deported.

Many muslims deeply disapprove of any terrorist actions, so they should not be tarred with the same brush. They are not fellow muslims, they are extremists.
It might be worth pointing out that only religious extremists would consider such actions acceptable, therefore, people who answered no to the question could be extremists themselves.
No one wants their loved ones injured, or killed, but sometimes social and religious pressures can keep mouths shut. Have you ever seen a fight or a crime being committed, and thought, I should stop it, but not done so? If you answer no, you are either lying or frequently adjourn to telephone boxes and put on your red cape.
We need to work closely with community leaders, to quell extremism and stop British muslims feeling isolated and ostresised (probably spelt incorrecty, i know) by a country that the majority of them love and respect.

I am not going to say my comparison is identical, but the bibles view is:
Almighty God the Supreme Judge here set the pattern for all judicial proceedings among his people. (Ge 3:1-24) Legal cases conducted according to God’s judicial regulations were for the finding and discussion of facts for the purpose of rendering justice—where possible, justice tempered with mercy. (De 16:20; Pr 28:13; compare Mt 5:7; Jas 2:13.) The entire procedure was meant to keep the nation of Israel uncontaminated and to provide for the individual welfare of its members as well as that of the alien residents and settlers among them. (Le 19:33, 34; Nu 15:15, 16; De 1:16, 17) The Law given to the nation contained within it the procedure that was to be followed in civil cases and also in cases of misdemeanor or crime (including those against God and the State), misunderstandings, personal quarrels, and troubles on the individual, family, tribal, and national levels.
Procedure. If cases of dispute were personal in nature, the disputants were encouraged to avoid quarrels and to settle matters privately. (Pr 17:14; 25:8, 9) If they could not come to an agreement, they could appeal to the judges. (Mt 5:25) Jesus gave such counsel. (Mt 18:15-17) There was no formal or complicated procedure in conducting legal cases, either during the pre-Mosaic period or under the Law, although some formalism did creep in after the establishment of the Sanhedrin. Nevertheless, cases were conducted in an orderly and purposeful manner. The courts were open to women, to slaves, and to the alien resident, so that justice might be administered to all. (Job 31:13, 14; Nu 27:1-5; Le 24:22) The accused would be present when testimony was presented against him and could make his defense. No equivalent of a public prosecutor appears in either patriarchal or Israelite courts; neither was an attorney for the defense necessary. Proceedings were without court costs to the litigants.
A person with a civil matter or a complainant in a criminal matter would bring his case to the judges. The other party would be called, witnesses were gathered together, and the hearing was conducted usually in a public place, most often at the city gates. (De 21:19; Ru 4:1) The judges would question the litigants and examine the evidence and testimony. They would render a verdict without delay unless evidence was lacking, or if the matter was too difficult, the judges would refer the case to a higher court. Sentences, such as flogging and the death penalty, were carried out immediately. There was no provision in the Law for imprisonment. Custody was employed only in a case in which Almighty God had to be consulted for a decision.—Le 24:12;
Guilt always brought liability; there were no exceptions. Guilt could not be overlooked. Wherever the Law demanded it, punishment had to be administered or, in some cases, compensation made. Then the guilty one, in order to make peace with God, was required to present an offering at the sanctuary. Sacrifices for atonement were required in any case of guilt. (Le 5:1-19) Even unintentional sin brought guilt, and offerings had to be made for atonement. (Le 4:1-35) In certain wrongdoings, including deception, fraud, and extortion, where a person voluntarily repented and confessed, he had to make compensation and also present a guilt offering.—Le 6:1-7.
What is my point here????????????
Well, who are the judges and men appointed??????
It is men within Islam, for they are Gods appointed men, therefore it is to them they go first before the worldly system.

during the 30 year Irish bombing campaign they killed thousands and yet no Irish family or catholic priest ever gave away their people. many Irish terrorist sought refuge in churches. many Irish business funded the IRA. the IRA openly collected money in Irish pubs. now is it new rule for muslims because they are not Christians. no church body or political body was so condemning as they are now because a few Muslims did some damage. the UK tolerates and tolerated Irish terrorist because they were white Christians. this smells of double standards and hypocrisy. i am amazed there are people In the UK who have forgotten their past so quickly or they have forgiven the Irish terrorist because they were Christians. the Irish terrorist are now your parliamentarians. how is that possible. from terrorist to law makers. smells more of hypocrisy

ITS our duty to report to Police when we see somethign strange happening,
i live in PAKISTAN trust me if i will see anyone so called terrorist first i will jump my self or with the help of other people arround me i will Kill thoes bastards on the spot, as many other have done, its start happening here in Pakistan we dont wait for Police any more we decide jump n Kill, or if situation is worst while keeping eye on them we try to contact police,
we do this as there is no way you can teach them humanity as they have been brain washed and they will never listen to you.
Coz they only responce to there leaders and organisation which i already told you been funded by Jews Lobby....
its very unfortunate that JEWS mafia , is providing funds to such organisation were they brain wash jobless Muslims and train them to do such nasty act like killing human, dosent matter they killing Muslim or any other religion, as they do kill all over the Muslim countries mostly, which is the biggest threat to future for Muslim world,
Jews lobby is acting accoridng to so called their prophecies, to fullfill these prophecies they r trying hard as i explained above, they r actually controlling the media, governments like they tried taking over Governments in the past but never successfull, and now they r trying to lead UNITED STATES, as its been cleared to whole world after funy and nasty policies. i hope Americans wakeup soon and do the same like Germans did to them.
I am very surprised with few views of British Muslims, who support theSe fanatics, i hope you come to Pakistan and we explain you how much we hate these Sucide Bombers, may few of you in UK call them Muslim but we call them Bastards here in PAKISTAN, trust me if its my brother i might wont kill him but for sure i'll throw him to police.
