I think you need a certification in parenting. How else did she end this way?
The people/probation officier who set her out to do this, must have the answers on where to complete this assignment! Duh.

Brigham Young University offers some distance learning personal enrichment courses for $26 each. www.byu.edu Check with other universities as well. Also, check religious organizations' websites. There may be courses like geneology offered at no charge. Your local library may also have links to online courses. Local community colleges offer personal enrichment at low or no cost to residents.
