She needs to go with what she feels. If its to go out with him just use caution, but if you cant trust someone its not worth it to eithier of the parties involved. Maybe she really needs to have a talk with this person and see what that turns out to be like. Some times people are misunderstood, everyone has made mistakes. Only the persons involved that really know each other can determine whats right. You can always do a slow trial bases that is using caution and just dont do anything you will regret in the relationship, dont give things you don't want to lose or can't get back. Lots of luck. Be true to yourself first.

Go out to a fun place, have some laughs but do not cross the line. Either he really likes her & will enjoy spending time with her or is just looking to "play". Proceed with caution if he his a player.

no, do not go out with him.
if he goes to the same school or lives in the neighborhood, then be friendly and chat, but don't date him.
Any boy asking for dates on internet, he is going to find a hundred to ask... there is nothing in it for your friend. Pass.

give the guy a chance but the first time he screws up kick him to the curb. He might shape up for the right girl.

How in the world do you know that he is telling the truth only on messanger? It's alot easier to type lies then tell them to someone's face. She should go out with him if she wants to!

sure why not give it a try but don't get to wrapped up in it she can be setting herself up to get her feelings hurt. When they are together (face to face) she should bring up some things they've discussed on Yahoo! and see how he reacts.

Depends. If he is shy then yes, I would be tempted to believe him. If he is not then he is just an idiot out to get laid, if he meant it he would let her know in person not through messenger.

I'd give him a chance. See what he is like out on a date. What is one date really? She'd get a free meal out of it :)
