A good quality "Lime Glass" is very difficult to tell from "Lead Crystal".

ingesting a martini from a plastic glass may well be risky. The vermouth style may well be absorbed via the plastic and launch pollution. The dry gin might develop into moist. The bitters might sweeten. the golf green olive might get all discolored and shrivel. it would purely be grosser than ingesting a lager that spilled on a bar via sucking on a paper towel used to wipe up the spill.
