I would have to say creamy chicken. It is the creamiest (obviously) flavor, and unlike the rest the broth isn't watery. It's good by itself, but if you melt in a slice or two of cheese, it's almost like eating real cream of chicken soup with noodles.

And if you mix the contents of the ramen, with the required amount of water in a bowl and stick it in the microwave for 8 minutes, you will have quick and easy ramen noodles. Hell yeah.
