I am writing a novel in which i need to research Naval Warfare so that i can modify it into effective space warfare. I'm looking for any link that directly discusses TACTICS, not just theory of battle. Anyone in the military, your insight would be much appreciated. Anyone outside, if you can find some decent links or know a little about the subject yourself i would be grateful.

PS: I'm not retarded. I know i'm not going to be given classified information, but there are still tactics that are common enough for me to know about. If i can get the basic, then i can work from there. And no, joining the navy is not an option.

Hahaha....Wrath of Khan has a wonderful example of this where Captain Kirk defeats Kahn because he uses naval battle tactics and isn't used to there being z-axis component to positioning and strategy. Great plot element.
