What do you think a woman's role is?

Seriously, what do you think? Pretend that I just 'fell out of the sky' and I need you to tell me what I am here for?

Well if you just fell out of the sky

First order of business would be to tell you about who created you and why you were created. This explanation would be the same if you were man or woman.

You were created by your creater and we call him God. He created you for his pleasure and glory. You are here to do just that.

Your creator created you with the ability to accept or reject him. You can glorify and please your creator or you can choose to reject him and glorify and please yourself.

Your creator loves you and wants you to Love him, but not because you have to, he wants you to Love him because you want to.

How do you glorify and please your creator? He left behind a bood of his word. We are to read it and reread it. We are to pray to him for understanding of his word. Praying is simply asking God and listening to your heart for the answer.

God tells us he "calls" certain people to understanding and the abilty to guide us in understanding his word. These people have greater responsibility to make sure that they are allowing God to work through them in order for the rest of us to get a better understanding.

God tells us to fellowship with other believers, as we are the church that he speaks of in his word. Fellowship with other believers keeps us from being tempted to follow those who have rejected their creator and are following their own thoughts and desires instead of Gods word.

Once you are in the "church" of fellow believers, you will continue to grow and to learn what God requires of us all. You will learn the history of this earth and what people went through that believed in God.

Now you are ready to find out what makes you different than the man. If you fell out of the sky, you are single, so you are under no jurustiction of any man, you are under the submission to your creator only.

If you marrry, then you are under the submission of your husband and God. Your fellow believers in Christ will show you Gods word on the relationship of man and wife. If you find a true Christian husband, he will submit to God and he will Love you as Christ loved the church. Christ never demanded the church do the dishes, he demanded that the church follow Gods word. If you become a true Christian woman, no husband would have to demand any thing from you, you would live to please him and he would live to please you and you would both live to please and glorify your creator.

This is a fun one. A woman should be strong, smart, educated, passionate etc...and have all the successes of men. Also, call me (old school) Italian but we should know how to cook, clean, raise children and have a career(if we choose). And if we have the luxury of having someone come in and help us out, when we can't do the 101 things expected of us in a day, by all means we should be able to pick up the phone for a nanny, house cleaner cook etc.

Lastly, we should know how to love with all our heart, be courageous, brave, forgiving. And when the day is done, we should know how to play, play play, and I mean that in the fun way. What ever it is you like to do, go out and do it.

Once you got that figured out, you need to decide where you want to go. and what you want to do. The rest will fall neatly into place.
