Disagreeing on a point of argument does not necessarily imply disagreeing with the person who holds that opinion. Friendship is broken only when the agreement to disagree is broken. When u r friends with someone you are accepting him or her not for what s/he is or what s/he believe but rather despite of all this. Really and truely friends do not need to believe the same things, diversity can bring people together as much as sameness.

Part of life is being able to agree to disagree. Just because someone has an opinion that isn't like yours doesn't mean they are bad. You will never find a lifetime partner with that type of outlook.

The person's overall way of life and their core believes can be the same and you can still have different opinions about certain things. This does not mean your whole friendship is finished. Marriages prove that all the time.

I have a lot of friends who don't see eye to eye with me on certain subjects. What we do is respect the fact that we have differing opinions.

If my friends all believed the exact same things I do, life would be very boring!

everyone has an opinion, including you. doesnt mean they are wrong or right. they are just opinions. if someone is going to jump ur case for what you think, then do you really want them around??
