Wish I had one .... I'd bottle it and make a million. Cure? Time, time and more time. I just read your post about cancelling your wedding :o(. Try to think that things work themselves out for the right reasons (even if you can't see that now). My best friend got married earlier this year. About 2 weeks before the wedding she found out that her fiance had an uncontrollable spending habit and had racked up about £12,000 of debt. She never told me and stupidly went ahead with the wedding. Now, 6 months on she's pregnant, desperately unhappy and not in a position to leave her husband. I don't know the circumstances behind your situation but I'm sure that something wonderful will come along if you can get through this difficult time. Good luck pet x

I am sorry to say there is no immidiate remedy.
Your heartache is caused by the loss of something or someone very special in your life, and that void will continue to give you pain.... Time will lessen it, but acceptance is the only thing that will make it go away. You need to understand what really happened, there is a reason for everything.
Once you really do come to terms with it in your heart, you will find that it no longer causes you pain, grief or anger. Rather, you at peace with it....and that is when you are cured.

There is no magic solution to make the pain go away. Anyone who tells you there is, is lying. The one you thought was going to be the love of your life is now gone, and there is a gaping hole in that special place in your heart. The good news is time will eventually heal this wound, and though it’s hard to believe at the moment, you really will be happy again and will be able to move on with your life.
Think about it. You are grieving a huge loss, just as you would grieve the death of a loved one. It really is that serious! So, be patient with yourself and give yourself time to grieve and time to heal.
A rebound or rebound sex will only make the hurt go away momentarily. It will only complicate things for you in the long run.
I suggest writing your feelings out in a journal or talking it through with an unbiased friend. It won't take away the hurt, but it will help you make sense of it. Also, and get out and do something for someone else. This will help you take your mind off of yourself and your troubles for a while.

On some real girl to girl stuff that I think that the real cure fo heartache is to cry out the real pain. realize that he hurt you. Know that you were better off without him anyway. You don't need him in your life. Wait to devolpe a relationship with someone else and be good friends intil you know that you can trust that that person won't hurt you and believe in yourself to overcome the obstacles that life throws at you.

Time. Time heal all wound.
I been there before.
Try to avoid see the "one" who give you the heartache.
The most hurtful thing in life is having someone you love is beside you and you know you cannot have him.

Only time heals a broken heart. Sometimes it really sucks, but filling your time with friends and family and being social will help. If you're asking because you're heartbroken, I'm sorry to hear that, but it will get better. Take care, you'll be fine ;)

Ignoring men, if only for a while. Focus on yourself and your friends and don't bother with dating. You might find that it's more enjoyable than any relationship.
