...BODY LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if she's twisten her hair whn she looks at u, smiles pretty at u, giggles when u make a funny comment/joke, kinda messes around with stuff around her while looking and smiling at u, or even tries to touch u in anyway she can, like poking ur arm playfully kicking u, ur hair, face or anything like that, -SHE'S INTERSTED!!! if not the above, then write her off ur list and move on.

When a girl wants to be asked out , look for several clues. She would give you the go signals. She might asked what movies you like. Your varied interests. She would call you up on the phone and ask what you're doing. If she doesn't, want to be asked out, she cuts off any communication with you.

Its like this... if things are going well, and you DON'T ask her out, and she starts blowing you off, well, she WAS ready to be asked out, but she's not going to be any more!

If she says no, she didn't.

if she ignores you then she don't want to asked out but if she looks interested in you then just ask her and see what happens

it all depends on how she acts around u..........if she acts irritated or isnt paying attention to what u're saying then shes not interested, but if she smiles when she sees u laughs at u're jokes then go for it....

you should be more specific
have you talked to the girl already?
you can never really KNOW when to ask them out, sometimes you just have to ask.
but if you have confidence in yourself and the courage to be honest, the girl will sense that, and be more likely to say yes.

you don't unless you can read minds.
pay attention to the way she looks at you, if she messes w/ her hair, fiddles w/ her clothes, etc.
i you look for them the signs are obvious.
