That depends on what chocolate or strawberry mix you put in. For example, Nestle Quik adds vitamins to the milk. I think Ovaltene does too. You can always get your calcium. I don't think you will get the same from a chocloate syrup. Hope this helps you.

The milk is still healthy, but the syrup will be unhealthy, so it might balance out, depending on the type of syrup (don't use nestle they're evil) and the amount you drink.

Even though you are getting sugar from the syrup, the milk still has calcium, which is excellent for the bones and teeth.

If its not organic I would say its just poison, antibiotics in milk and milk products are very bad for us. Ask any doctor.
