I KNOW THIS ONE AND IT ACTUALLY WORKS!! stand up straight with your legs shoulder width apart, and hold arms in a prayer like postition, but your hands have to be opposite your face(in the prayer like way) and push arms and hands together. like relax, contract n shtuff. Do this everyday 4 a few mins and it actually works!!

Diet and exercise is needed to help strengthen your pectoral muscles and the rest of your body as well. Search the web on female athletes or bodybuilders and look at their pictures and routines. The ones that don't get breast implants usually have very small breasts. You would need to support your breast by wearing a minimizing bra, underwire bra, or some other type of support bra. Wide cushion straps could help relieve the pressure on your shoulders.

If you are in Ireland or the U.K. you can get surgery paid for by the health system, you start with your doctor and tell him how life restricting your large bust is, he will reccomend weight loss but even then not all womens breasts reduce with weight loss, he can then refer you to a hospital and bobs your uncle. Truthfully consider it why waste your life wishing they were smaller when they can be and in 6 weeks after hte op you will be the happiest woman alive! Go for it!! I am!!

Without surgery, you may be able to exercise away some of the size of your breasts, but certainly not any sagginess, I'm afraid. I would try exercising regularly (at least 30 mins of good exercise a day), and maybe concentrate on pectoral exercises which may strengthen your chest muscles.

Altho i must admit that I've seriously considered surgery having breast fed my 3 too, and my puppies look like spaniels ears, the only thing that has helped is press ups, as in physical exercise press ups. Sorry...no magical cure i'm afraid

Start working out and find exercises that will target those muscles. Or like the other person said, get a trainer.

Also, look in a lingerie store (or online) for what's called a "minimizing bra." With proper measurment and the right bra, you can probably get the look you want. Other than that, surgery and usually insurance pays - check with a dr. and see if you can qualify for it.

Set your laptop alarm to ring hourly—stand upward for 1 to 5 minutes each and every time it goes off.

In breakfast, go ahead and take in orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water as an alternative to juice or soda
