Whats a stone? Hmm. . but I myself used to be very overweight. I am a tiny 4'11" and used to weigh 60 more pounds than I do now. I also cut out most ... but not all of the junk food. I learned to really enjoy and like eating the stuff that was better for me. I also made myself get out more... walking instead of driving if it was a short trip like half a mile or something. I surrounded myself with my friends that I knew cared about my progress and if we ate together it would be things that were healthy. I drank a lot more water.. as sometimes you're not even hungry and water can put a sense of fullness in your stomach. I ate snacks like broccoli and cheese, carrot sticks, strawberries, cantaloupe.. all these great things that were also really good=) Before I even noticed myself everyone was asking what I had done?!!? You just have to let yourself enjoy what you eat. Don't think of the healthy stuff as bad.. you can eat ten times the amount offruit and veggies than you can of carbs and junk and still not gain weight. Keep your goal in mind too. . . How would you feel when you reach it?? Let that be your inspiration... And don't deprive yourself either. I still eat fast food and junk occasionally... but I don't make it a habit. I have kept the weight off for over 5 years now...Everything in moderation. Good luck.

Sounds like your on the right track with your healthy eating plan.Eating enough good carbs is essential .Carbs have been given a bad rap .When in fact not all carbs are equal . There are carbs that heal which are carbs that are non processed and loaded with fiber then there are harmful carbs that are processed ,sugary garbage. Getting enough of the healing carbs gives your body something it can use and will give you the energy you need to get through the day your workout etc which will cause your metabolism to work for efficently to burn fat .If you are replacing these good carbs with bad ones or just not getting enough good carbs then waht happens is the bad carbs rdigest rather quickly through your system they are empty calories and give your body nothing it can use thus leaving you hungary and sluggish .that is when the craving for more refined sugary carbs comes in again because your body needs a pick me up. So eating enough good carbs is really important. If you do this your cravings for harmful carbs will be few. Just as we have to take in less then we expend for energy we also have to make sure our intake of good carbs is enough to keep us going so we don't crave the harmful carbs.so make the most of mealtime and get those good carbs ,You'll love the energy without any crashes of energy mid day . If you do have a craving for garbage try to stop ,think for a moment about what you are about to put in your mouth and its effects .Then go for a better choice. You are in control .Set your mind to it like anything else you have a great passion for .This of your lifestyle change as a way to save your life cause that really is what you are doing. Good luck to you!

Get rid of the temptations - I know the feeling I just got rid of all the "bad food". Really, no chips, even the "healthy kind", no cookies, anything I wanted to just pig out on I got rid of. I shopped at fresh markets and foreign food stores to keep away from my temptations. It took about 3 months and an extra glass of water every time I wanted to cheat, but it helped me lose a few extra and I lost the cravings.Another good tip I got from a friend, try a new fruit or veggie each week in at least 2 ways - the challenge is quite a distraction and you may find a few new favorite foods along the way. Good Luck!

Watch the fat grams and watch the fat calories. I lost weight and didn't have much craving. Try watching your saturated fats. Try to have only 3 saturated fats on your plate. If watch it you can have a plate full of food. But only 3 saturated fats on your plate. When you go shopping for groceries look at the saturated fats and the serving it has. there is alot of food out there that has no saturated fat in them. Plus doing this your arteries would enjoy it better.I lost over 80 stones

You are impulsive and there is nothing you can do about it. You most likely will have this issue you whole life. I would imagine you will be a very obese person in the future.

You might as well get used to that thought.

Good luck
