It should worry everyone. He has essentially authorized torture. To top that off, the patriot act authorized that anyone can be taken without question on "suspect of being or helping a terrorist", and held for an indefinent period of time without trial. So, now our government can abduct anyone they want and then torture them. Torture does not produce the truth, it just gets the person to say what the torturer wants them to say to stop the pain

Am I ready to die for Jesus Christ? You drifted off the point you were trying to make by asking that question, but the answer is no; absolutely not. I've got family and friends that I care much more about than Him.

BTW, that's just the tip of the iceberg. They have internment camps setup already throughout the US, and US troops have been practicing "urban combat" (read urban occupation) for decades.
Couple this with the merger of Govt. and Church and the current rise in anti-Christian sentiment and what do we have?

I mean, yeah, he's authorized torture and has overstepped his bounds of military influence with the Patriot Act, but that does not equate him to Hitler or suggest that these are the "last days".
And I don't believe in Jesus Christ.

I wonder what makes people think this wasn't going on all this time anyway. And why everyone suddenly thinks that Christianity will be their target.... Most likely it will be the other religions, with Christianity as it's front.
