Tramp stamp is specifically a tatoo on a girls lower back. It is called that because most slutty girls have a tattoo right there on there lower back. Also, if a guy is hitting a girl from the back, that is what he sees the whole time. Guys probably have a little bit of time to think about it while they are back there. Sorry if thats a crude answer, but I am pretty sure that its true.
