My husband who's 34years old had to sleep over his moms house to take her to the airport early in the morning. They are close (most latin men are close to their moms-mamas boy) but i find it weird that he actually shares his moms king size bed with her to sleep. To them, its normal, his brother who's older also does when he stays over but to me its gross and weird. What do you think? I mentioned it to him but his response was "So, it's no big deal, you're the one making a big deal out of it" Thanks for your answer.

It does sound kind of weird to me, but what were the circumstances? Was there any other place to sleep? I know that when my family has stayed in hotels, etc I've shared a bed with my grandma because there weren't enough beds for everyone to have their own. Do you have any reason to suspect that there is anything fishy going on with his mom? If not, I'd just chalk it up to cultural differences and leave him alone about it. It's not like he slept in her bed when he could have slept in a bed with you.

That's just what other cultures do. It's not a big deal to them and I wouldn't make a big deal out of it. It's not like they're spooning each other, it's just sleeping. My friend is from Mexico and she told me that she would shower with her mom and her sisters in one big community shower. That grossed me out. The last time my mom saw me naked I was like 11 years old and sick that week. That's just how other cultures are. If you're married to the guy, I'm surprised you're not use to it by now.

Well, it's not like he does it every night. In the situation he was in, I don't think it was inappropriate. You never know, they could have just been laying there talking and he just fell asleep there. Or maybe he was worried about her and wanted to spend as much time with her as he could before she left. And it's not like it was a twin size bed or anything. They had plenty of space between the 2 of them right? At least it was just his mother, and not someone he was cheating on you with. It's okay, don't freak out over something small like this. He sounds like a good guy.

It is weird that he's a mama's boy. When men grow up, they are supposed to make mama the #2 woman and their wife #1. If wife is bothered by sleeping with mama....no more sleeping with mama.

I could understand if there was no other place to sleep in his moms house but I seriously doubt that. So my opinon is yes you are right it is weird.(Sick if you ask me)Make sure you tell him that you are not the only one that thinks its not right.
