I have a sedentary job in front of a computer, involving Programming/Software/Database development and I work freelance. Basically, I am a nerd and a geek, and I love to stay that way. And to top it all, I am f****ng lazy. I just don't like to travel or work, my mom and sis do.

It was all fine, until I started gaining weight. AT 5-8" now, I am over a 160 lb, and I want to draw the line now. I wish to grow in size no more. Still, my appearance is presentable, and I want it to remain that way. So, I decided to hit the Gym!

I did Gym for 2 weeks, but f**ng they made me sweat like a pig, and I used to get so tired, so I stopped going. I want to exercise, but I hate to step outside my home, and the Gym is 2 miles from here.

I basically want to know some great and easy Freehand exercises, that help in weight reduction. Simultaneously, I'll cut down on fatty foods. I stopped Coke and burgers for 6 months, so that shows I have perseverance!

Any bright ideas, please help genuinely

I lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks by not eating but once a day (very little) and drank lots and lots of water, when you get hunger pangs, drink water instead of eating. Your stomach will shrink and you will want to eat less.

There was once this guy who baffled science. He use to eat all the live long day and seemed to do very little exersize and he was quite skinny too. They did tests expecting that he had an unusually high metabolism, the tests came back and his metabolism was within the normal range. It was a complete mystery how he was able to get away with this.......
.... it then came to light that this guy would always be figetting, playing with objects on his hand tapping his feet yada yada while he sat quiet comfortably eating the his 4th double cheesburger of the day. So my advice is this if you wanna loose weight drink a lot of coffee and get yourself an exersize ball for whenever your sitting down to do office work or even watch the tv. This way you will be comfortable but will have to do just a little work constantly to keep yourself on it. Loosing weight is easy if you take lots of different approaches, you can change your lifestyle slightly so you do a little more excersize like park further away from work and walk. Eat less carbohydrates aswell.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Healthy Weight Loss : Start right away
In order to consistently keep your weight under control, it is advisable to walk about 10,000 steps daily. It is the easiest activity among all the exercise programs and does not involve stress to the body. Apart from the activity of walking, a systematic dietary pattern should be followed so that you are always free from the obesity symptoms.

Generally people, who are overweight, are usually not interested in physical activities. They prefer doing any type of work but without moving from one place to another. They usually enjoy watching TV and having something to eat. For this category, fixing a program like aerobics or floor exercises would require great efforts. Therefore walking is the most recommended form of exercise. For the beginners it is ideal to walk for 15-20 minutes daily. Gradually, the time can be extended daily until they are capable of walking 60 minutes a day.

When the doctors prescribe pills for the patients, they advice the patients to spend some time walking around. The tablets are effective only when combined with the healthy dietary patterns and a daily exercise activity. Losing weight is a difficult task, and people who are disciplined and take exercise seriously, would lose weight. So take your exercise activity seriously and be active throughout the day.

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

Just eat less food.
It's really that simple. If you wait for you hunger cue--stomach growling--and stop when your stomach signals--pleasantly full stomach--you'll keep the wait off.
In the US, we've been trained to eat bigger things, and eat all of them. You don't have to give up your favorite foods, just get a Jr. Burger instead of a Big Mac.
Anyone can lose weight this way!

I'm not a fan of working out either...as a matter of fact i hate it.
Instead of just going to the gym for a work out. Try some classes.
Pilate's comes to mind because they don't make you feel like you ran a marathon at the end. Very little sweating and heavy breathing involved and you get results. And you feel great afterward....not tired. Keep at it! If you don't want to Go to a class there are plenty of pilates or other exercises programs on DVD.

Wow, that is quite a dilemma. If it were possible to lose weight and stay lazy then the United States wouldn't have such alarming rates of obesity. You are just going to have to step out of your comfort zone and make a commitment to yourself for your health. Even if you aren't overweight that little bit of activity in your daily schedule is grossly unhealthy and will lead to bigger problems down the road. Nobody likes to exercise but they do it anyways because they care more about the longevity of their life that being "too sweaty" for a couple of hours. Good luck!!

Having seen this I feel the need to share something because I spent several years jumping from diet to diet without experiencing any real results until I came across Pams magic plan (i found it on google). Without doubt its the most weight loss that I have ever had and I am still trim to this day.
