I just saw a commercial for a 4 minute fitness center! An actual gym that someone would physically drive to for a 4 minute workout. Have people become that lazy that they would spend more time in the locker room than they would working out!?!?!

Anyway that is all I have to say about that. This typing is exhausting.

We live in a society of quick fixes. No one wants to work for what they want. We all want instant gratification. We stop for take-out because we are too tired or lazy or don't have the time to make a healthy meal at home. When we gain weight or get out of shape, we expect that there's a miracle cure that will take care of our problems instantly without us having to lift a finger or break a sweat. Gyms such as this know how we think and use our weaknesses as a way to make money. Four minutes of working out is not enough to lose weight or tone up.

I admit, I'm one of the lazy ones too. I'm trying to break myself of these habits and actually work towards my goals. One example is going to the gym. I average 3 times per week now. And I trick myself into it. I'll bring a good book and read while on the recumbant bike. I'll lift weights with a friend and socialize. It passes the time and makes the work a little bit easier.

What we really need to find is a miracle cure for laziness. I'd work on that, but I'm just too lazy right now... LOL

It's not a matter of being "lazy"... running as a CEO of a rich company demands constant attention. You have people who are hardworking but don't have time management skills. You need time management and judgement to not be lazy. It today's hectic life, you will find it harder to even survive.

In a sense, people are getting lazy. way too lazy now... losing weight is hard and requires determination. If you can manage your time by incorporating excercize in daily life routines, then something can happen. Rome was not built in a day and so will 100kg of fat will never be burned in 1 day. You need long term planning and deterimination.
