I've been around for a long time and have never heard of Mr. T cereal. I've never liked Frankenberry or Count Chocula, and those aren't always available at the grocery store. I think the top 3 cereals ever would be:
1. Cheerios
2. Rice Krispies
3. Corn Flakes

I don't think I had Mr. T cereal. If so I was extremely young and can't remember.
Frankenberry I've had, not much, but I'm not into fruit flavors.
Count Chocula is very good but I wouldn't put it in my top 3.
Mine are Sunbelt Granola Cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Quaker Oat Squares.

Well if you are talking about sweet, unhealthy cereals..it don't count..it's just a marketing gimmick!

i'd say Kashi, 33% fiber raisin cereal
T'J's all cereals...with only 8 to 10 gms of sugar
all bran cereal
