He's asked me what I'm doing at the weekend (just worked for him a week) and now he's commented on my perfume! He seems really nice and not a lot older than me. He hasn't actually come out with asking me out, so is he testing the water or what?

Don't do it. Take control of the situation. If it goes pear shaped you'll have to quit your job. If you start something after only knowing hima week he's going to think you're easy. If he's really interested you playing it cool will make him hotter and show whether he's in it for the long term. Drag it out. At least until you have an idea how it;s going to pan out.

Business and pleasure do not mix... Don't even think about it.
He is probably attached and is looking for a little fun....
Tell him to behave , and do not encourage him.. this can lead to trouble and a very uncomfortable situation in the office.
This is not a professional attitude... This tells me he doesn't respect you or his position.
Don't wear any perfume and keep your head down........ Trouble is brewing.... if you let it happen...

Why is it when a man pays a compliment and is nice to a women , then you all automatically think we want something ?
Maybe he is just a nice man?
Good god , how big headed are you ?
Get over yourself and for once accept the fact the men can be nice without want you .
