I want to buy one of his books to learn more about Sigil Magic but don't know which would help me the most. Anyone out there with advice?

If you want, drop me a message with your email and I can send you .pdf's of all his stuff...

Honestly, though he was the pioneer of the technique, I wouldn't say Spare's necessarily the best to read on sigilization. Peter Carroll's Liber Null & Psychonaut gives a pretty succinct breakdown of the idea, as well as Phil Hine's Condensed Chaos (Carroll takes a more scientific approach, Hine is a little nuttier and likes Cthulhu, take your pick).

Images and Oracles
Anathema of Zos

Both equally daft however. Bear in mind that he was a colleague of Crowley for a while. Might make mopre sense to study Crowleys work first. It makes rather more sense.

I don't know much about him, but I think he's a great artist.
