I had alot of mashed potatoes when I first got mine. That's pretty much all I ate for about half a week.

When I had braces, I had to eat soft foods to keep my teeth from hurting. I had lots of pudding, soup, ramen noodles, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, etc.

One thing I use to do was shred my carrots. Since you cant eat a regular carrot now. Take a potato peeler and shred them Its great.
Also, if you want a filling calorie fix, try a fruit smoothie!
