You need a guy's point of view on this one. Fake boobs are so ugly. They always look out of proportion. The shape is all wrong. Often one turns out bigger than the other. Watch a porno movie and you will see what I mean. The fake boobs are so obvious. A nice natural c cup is so much better than a fake blob of silicone.

So you're looking to have back surgery after the boob job? why would you want to be bigger than a C you know carrying those things around can stress a back out. I don't put you down for wanting a boob job, I just don't understand why you'd want to go any bigger. I myself would love one if I knew it didn't hurt the way it does.

No, what if you get bigger ones and hate it? Then you have to go through removal surgery. Just go hit up Victoria Secret or some other lingerie store.... VS's infinity edge push up works wonders

It is better that you don't get one. Enjoy your youth. There is a high risk for health issues. I'm wondering do you really want one to please yourself or to please someone else? Please stick with being natural. When you start having children, your breast would become even larger and perhaps droop. Then you could do some research on the pros and cons of having that type of surgery.

Only if you want to have problems later in life. Ask anyone who has had to have reduction surgery.
