I would like to start supplying truffle brie to london restaurants and retailers such as Harrods and Harvey Nics food halls. Does anyone know how I go about doing this? Thanks

Call them and ask to make appointments with their food buyers. Take samples along. Good luck. You could also make up luxury hampers and advertise on the net and the "posh"newspapers and mags.

retailers buy from distributors. you have to find a distributor who will carry your product and in return buy your product from them. so its a 2 fold marketing thing.
