IF you are in Delhi ny... i am not sure ...but here in oneonta ny ..not too far from you there are some good places. one that comes to mind is indelible ink. ( www.indelibleinktattoos.com ) . they are really good but i hear are a bit more expensive (but hey..its on your body for ever right?) If you arent in Delhi ny then sorry...clarrify next time :P .
