Get a good vodka like grey goose, belvedere, of finlandia.
I'm am partial to fruits and punches.
Welches Grape Juice (all varieties)
Orange Juice (this is known as the screwdriver)
Pineapple Juice
Yes even Kool-Aid if you put sugar in it.
The thing about Vodka is it has no tastes so whatever you like to drink that is non-alcoholic mix it with that (except milk based products mix those w/ rum).

If you have a sweet tooth, vodka, pineapple and cranberry is amazing! It's like summer in a glass. You can also add Malibu to that to make it even more summery!! mmmm.
If you have a bitter tooth, vodka, soda and lime is awesome. You can also have that with lemonade instead of soda to make it more sweet.
They are all pretty simple.. but soo nice!

Black Magic
1 1/2oz vodka
3/4oz coffee liqueur
1 dash lemon juice
Stir and serve in glass over ice cubes
Add a twist of lemon peel
Black Russian
2/3 vodka
1/3 coffee liqueur
Mix directly in an old fashioned glass with a few cubes of ice
Bloody Caesar
1 1/4 oz vodka
fill with Clamato juice
salt & pepper
2 drops of tabasco

Basically any fruit juice! Try cranberry or apples juices especially though. Appletizer is delicious with vodka.
