Are you talking about a school for boxing? If so there is no such school, only the School of Hard Knocks (SHK)
Any boxing gym that you go into should have a trainer there to walk you through the basics. Look in your local phone book or type in "Boxing Gyms" in your area and see what comes up.
STAY AWAY from Health Clubs (Ballys, Golds Gym, World Gym, L.A Fitness) that offer boxing instruction. The majority of these guys/girls sat through a seminar or watched a video and decided to call themselves "Boxing Trainers" there's so much more to it than that. These people actually think that you can play boxing, you can play basketball, baseball and volleyball, but you can't play Boxing.
Good luck Player.

Go to an ACTUAL boxing gym not your local health club. Do a Yahoo search for boxing gyms in your area. They have trainers that have spent time in the sport. They can instruct you properly in the art of the sweet science. Good luck!

i grew up in vero beach, fl. Between vero and ft. pierce there is a boxing gym. arturo gatti and antonio tarver train there. I also went to college in Pensacola. When I was there Roy jones junior opened up a gym "RJJ" right around the same time he defeated vinnie pazienza in a bloodbath. I guess you could peek your head in one of those gyms and see if anyone could show you the 'ropes" Have fun.
