Iam Cigratte addition, i uses to smoke about three boxes each 20 pieces, and i can't refrain from smoking, can one help me, advices, treatments needed?

So you are addiction? Like you are not a person, but an addiction. How the hell does an addiction come online, and type up a question? Keep smoking it will make you sterile, and believe me we don't need you having any children dummy.

Yes it is 3 boxes?????that is too many cigarettes in a day consider you are messing your health .......you will ruin your teeth too to much nicotine can cause you a heart attack and a lot of cancer......be smart go to the doctor there are new treatments even with laser.

chew a piece of gum
or
put a rubber band around your wrist and every time you wanna smoke snap it
