Any suggestions for a really fast dinner for my family. I'm busy volunteering at my kids school today and after we have soccer. I need something fast and good and something my kids will like. No takeout suggestions please.

macaroni and cheese w/ ground hamburg mixed in (or Hamburger Helper)
can of tuna, drained - mixed w/ egg noodles, alfredo sauce and peas
soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
kielbasa, noodles and veggies
chili dogs & fries
meatball subs
Italian subs

Buy Swedish meatballs at Sainsbury's. They're cheap and quick. Pop them into the oven for about 12 mins (dont even need to stir/turns/etc), serve with rice and some fozen veg, or just with rice and a lovely sauce from Knorr or so (i normally choose the last option). This will only take 15mins max and is delicious!

get frozen meatballs and pasta of some kind and some spaghetti sauce in a jar...and if you feel really fiesty throw some garlic bread from the grocery freezer in the oven while you are making the rest. should only take about 15 minutes for it all.....ciao baby
