Go to the local butcher shop, your local grocery store if they cut up meat and ask for them to save you a heart....

you probably have to go to a butcher, im afraid the local grocery stores wouldnt carry that. you might ask them though and possibly special order it for you.

In continental Europe we really can get it easily:)
but i guess that if you go to a burcher, or amy be some of the big superstores you would find one:)

most ethnic markets carry it ask the butcher in the big supermarkets they can get it in.
poorer people don't waste eat all so a poorer part of town.

If you have a university near you with an animal science/pre-vet program, call them. Otherwise a feed lot/slaughter house.

Any regular butcher would have this I think. I know they have them in continental Europe.

from a butcher's , if ur usual's butcher doesn't have it , check a storing place one where they usually bring the sheep then slice it and distribute it to butchers
