He created you. He knew you before you were in your mother's womb. He knows every hair on your head. He died for you. He waits for you like a Father with open arms. He will never leave you or forsake you. He asks nothing of you-but to come as you are and let him love you like no one can.

How can you not love someone that gives you true peace, great rest, supplies your every needs. Is always concerned with your well-being and health. and generally made you the center of everything. Shown you, and loved you like you've never known love before by any man/woman. When you had nothing for him, he gave up everything for you! Those are just a few things he's done. Our love and obedience don't seem nearly enough. but is all he wants. If you've never experienced those things and more than you've never truly met God.
And to those that don't agree. Get over yourselves!!!!!!

God created us, the Earth and the Universe. He is Love. He shows us love by giving us life and giving us grace. We are supposed to do the same.

I don't believe in God. Honestly, I really don't even like the Christian God. Some of the others seem much more loving and accepting.

Since love requires knowledge and God has never revealed himself directly (and no, man-transcribed and man-translated books don't count, knocking out every holy texts on the planet), then no, it is not possible to love god.

It's possible to delude oneself, however.

If you're capable of love, you're capable of loving God. It's just a lot harder to love someone/something that's invisible.
it must be possible, though, because millions, perhaps billions of people claim to do it, and they can't all be mistaken.
